Circleback
Receive meeting notes and transcripts from Circleback
What it does
Receives meeting data from Circleback automatically — notes, transcripts, action items, attendees, and insights — and indexes each meeting into your workspace so you can ask about them in chat.
How it works
Circleback is a webhook connector. Circleback pushes meeting data to AINexLayer when a meeting is processed — nothing is pulled on a schedule, and no API key is needed.
After setup, each meeting appears as a searchable document in your workspace. Open Chat and ask about recent meetings, action items, or transcripts.
Meeting recordings are not stored in AINexLayer, but a link to the recording (valid for 24 hours from Circleback) is included in each indexed meeting.
Connect
- Open Connectors in your workspace
- Choose Circleback and create the connector
- Open the connector settings and copy the Webhook URL
- In Circleback, go to Automations → Create automation
- Optionally add filters (calendar, tags, participants)
- Select Send webhook request as the action
- Paste your AINexLayer webhook URL
- Choose which outcomes to include (notes, action items, transcript, insights)
- Save the automation
New meetings appear in AINexLayer within about a minute after Circleback finishes processing them.
Use in chat
After meetings are synced, open Chat, type @, and pick Circleback (or a specific meeting document) from the mention list. Then ask by date, participant, or topic.
The @ tag tells the agent to use those meetings. Without it, a normal question may miss them.
Start with one recent meeting to verify the transcript and action items look correct before querying across many meetings.
